Fantastic evening spent at the Urban Pear. Mojito's to die for. The menu was exciting with a wonderful selection of appetizers and mains. No one at the table was disappointed. The fusion of flavours was amazing. Very inventive and fresh, fresh, fresh. All restaurants in the future will be measured against this meal.

We bought an older home last year and the basement was not finished. We decided it was time to have a complete basement with a kitchen. Price was fair, always on time, friendly, really knew what they were doing and with no surprises as they kept on working.
We are very happy, and pleased we chose the right contractor.

I hired ALVA CONSTRUCTION to do my Foundation leak
as well as make repairs to my roof.
They did a great job both issues were fixed and we
then hired them to makover our main bathroom.
