Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Had such an awesome experience with Klomps. We had a landscape design created and installed by Klomps and from the beginning we felt welcomed and no pressure. This place was really cool. It's a giant CrossFit place with tons of unique equipment and ideas as well as an entire side for boxing. Everytime I come in I'm working with a trainer so I like that. The people are really friendly and they know their stuff!
