I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

I am a common customer at this pharmacy in North Van and I have had a pleasure dealing with a particular pharmacist named Esther. Most pharmacist at this location was polite but Esther was particularly welcoming and helpful. She helped me with all my needs and more. Doctor Bryan is great and i am always satisfied with him. I always visit him unless if it is women's issue. But since a lady doctor in a different clinic didn't do an actual check-up and gave me a wrong cream that has side effects, i now ONLY visit doctor Bryan for ALL my health issues because he takes his time to make sure what actually the problem is :) 5 stars for him
