Some repair had to be done on some door locks at my office. Besides the door locks I also have 2 filling cabinets which I need keys for. I call Matrix locksmith, their locksmith reached my office inside next hour. He gave me few options some locks I decided to change and 1 lock I just asked him to re-key, regarding the filling cabinet keys he provided those during the same day. over all I am satisfied with the service as well as with the fair cost & the professional service. Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well.
