Avina has always adjusted her techniques to suit my body to ensure I get the most benefit. I started visceral massage with Avina in 2016 and that combined with her recommendations in regards to my digestive health have greatly improved my quality of life. I also have full range of motion in an injured shoulder, I'd given up hope on, thanks to Avina's massage techniques.
