Everyone is friendly and helpful. Have been going to this dealership for service for 7 yrs first with my Mazda 3 and now with my CX5. Service is always great never an issues. Mitch the Manager is also great to deal with. Highly recommend this dealership to everyone. I am actually very surprised with other people’s reviews because I have always had a great experience. I have gone to other mazda deal ships in town for service they are horrible I would never go back but PARK never disappoints

A year ago, I purchased my very first vehicle from here. And I have to say that it was absolutely amazing! They spent an entire day helping me find the best deals, and even brought a vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted from the South Side!They are always doing everything that they can to make sure that I leave happy after maintenance! Bought my first car here. The salesmen were very helpful with helping me throughout the entire process. At no point did any of the salesmen do "dirty" tricks such as encourage me to buy a more expensive car. There was a bit of a hiccup when the dealership's mechanic did not submit the out of province inspection I needed to register the car I was purchasing. However, they made up for this by being very apologetic and even gifted me a bottle of wine!
