I purchased my cell phone there, a month later I came in to have the phone updated and reconfigured. Selena(I hope I have the name right) was in electronics, she was knowledgeable, patient with me and my questions, helped me and answered questions from other customers . A great experience and Iwill come back next time I am in Niagara Falls.

Upgraded two Samsung cellphones and plans today. Dealt with Alexander at WIrelesswave , Niagara Square, Welland. Excellent service. Very knowledgeable. This is our second time dealing with wirelesswave and we were not disappointed.

Have been to the store for two different issues and found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Although recently they were unable to fix my phone, I was able to purchase a phone for a very reasonable price. They were able to cut and shave my SIM card to fit the phone, which enabled me to keep my previous plan with Public Mobile. If I had to change providers I would be paying a lot more for that plan. They also retrieved my information and set everything up for me on the new phone.
