i though that all Dealerships were about was the mighty dollar but it gives me great pleasure to let everybody know that the people at Columbia Chrysler in Richmond are the most carring and proffesional people that i have ever had the pleasure to meet.
the sales experiance was easey and pleasant, but the service experiance was FANTASTIC the people in the service department realy care about what they do and also the people that they deal with.
i rate a perfect 10 great job guys, very classy people.

I just bought my very first Jeep Wrangler Sport!!! I am so happy with my Wrangler!
My salesman was Fawzi Yehya, he was very helpful and nice. I went in knowing I wanted a 2 door Wrangler, but needed help with designing it for me. Fawzi went through everything with me to help me decide what I wanted with my new Jeep, he took the time to make sure I was getting what I wanted. After that was the financing, that took time too! we searched every corner of greater vancouver, tried ten personal or dealer cars, described were even better, but get disappointed at all. Thanks god we found a 2004 Mazda3 in here and I roadtested the car,,,, wow, a new car is just so so! The deal was very easy to make! Afer drive home we just glad could not sleep whole night long. Thank you MIKE, you are super number one!
