I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. Both Ashley and Jaclyn were friendly and funny. I'll be back to see them for my next purchase!

I purchased my scion frs from Nancy . I couldn't have asked for better assistance. She made sure that I got everything that I wanted and was a huge help in my decision to purchase my car. Excellent service. Recently had a potentially catastrophic issue with our engine. Dan, in service was extremely helpful and advocated along with the service manager Dave (?), to have it repaired through Kia as part of a goodwill gesture. It certainly did create goodwill between me and Waterloo Kia! The job was done quickly and efficiently and we couldn't be happier. Thanks!

I have been getting my cars serviced at Waterloo Honda for 30 years now. One of the reasons I keep buying Honda/Acura is these guys - it means so much to have a garage you can trust completely. They also have a good shuttle service.

We had the best experience ever while having our Motor home repaired at Anderson in Woodstock.
The staff kept us informed of everything going on.
When we buy a GM we will definitely go to Anderson's and I would suggest everyone else go there as well.

Due to an accident that "wrote off" my previous vehicle I was forced to look for a new vehicle. After narrowing the search to 3 SUV's we visited the dealerships. We met Mark Rupoli at MacMaster - after a test drive and getting our questions answered we decided that the 2010 Equinox was the vehicle we wanted. They were in high demand. The dealership went to great lengths to assist us while we waited for our vehicle to come in. We were very grateful.
We have now had the vehicle for approx 6 months. I LOVE IT.
I almost look forward to my "oil changes" as I can enjoy a complimentary coffee, order breakfast/lunch and even work on my lap top in the "Corvette Cafe".
