Excellent service! We had a check engine light come on as we came back into Canada, traveling home from Florida. An after hours call to Downtown Mercedes had us connected within a couple of hours to Clive Cheung, a service advisor at Downtown Mercedes in Toronto. He brought us in the next morning without an appointment and saw to it that our vehicle was serviced promptly. We had it back the next day, after my Toronto meeting, and we were able to continue our travels without delay.

2nd time I bought an Audi s4 from these guys. I walked in and couldn't have felt anymore comfortable with the staff, car and service offered. I dealt with Hussein and he sold me on it once again during the test drive! He never disappoints and is really understanding when you're unfamiliar with cars. Amazing service. I had trouble with DPF/SCR aftertreatment system in my D13 VNL780. Diagnosed in no minutes, fixed same day. All parts sourced from Volvo, all diagnostics done with legal, connected to Volvo database computer. Had my ECU updated to 2022 flash for free! Had also issue with fuel tank leveling (was driving on one tank only), ignition problems. The guys diagnosed, fixed all the problems same day. Volvo would charge me 3 times more than you may see on my attached invoice I paid.

Excellent service! Mike and Mike's Organics has used this service for 6 years that I know of (driver) and they know their stuff. Was told 45 minutes today and he was there in 40. Great company!
