5.15.20 Both Mike & Lindy were very helpful when I contacted them regarding our unwanted voles. From the first call I made to the heat treatment to the follow up inspection... We Clean bedbugs was thorough, fast and professional. 100% discreet with unmarked vehicles. We had many company over last 2 years doing treatments in our 6 units building and problems were never solved. We Clean is the first company that solved it all after one heat treatment that took one day. We had a second treatment 2 months after for 2 units at no charge. Nothing since the last 3 months. I called and was looking to purchase a frog for my kid and the cashier Kristal K...was great great help locating one for me in one of the petland stores now thats good customer service from her end but it was really expensive for the frog $$price was double other stores....but Krystals customer service is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️??

March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.

This was our first time using Cal-Rid after being disappointed by other pest control companies. We were impressed by the level of knowledge of the technicians, the thorough interior and exterior inspection (even crawling under our deck to fill a hole), and the solid guarantee period.
