The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
I am forever thankful to them for extending my little girls life and keeping her as active and healthy as possible right to the end.

Best pest control company around! I have dealt with many different companies over the years, and have never received the prompt and effective service that I have had with The X-Terminators. As I said it before, moving is not a fun thing to do, but choosing Alpine Pest Control is one of the highlights of this process. Unlike other companies, this company gives you a package deal or if they can do things/treatments together, they will not charge you extra. In my case, this company took care of the rats/wasps and droppings together with no extra charge. Besides, they gave you a lot of advice what I need to do to keep animals/insects away. We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!! We have shopped at both locations upon moving to the Tsawwassen area last year. We love the selection of products, and if they don't have it, they'll always order it. Their prices are superior to any other store we've been to, and my husband and I enjoy the "family biz" atmosphere. They always greet our dogs (a border collie and a lab x) and offer a cookie. Pets N Us is a high point in our dogs' day! Would recommend them to anyone!
