Nothing but the best from Dan. Answered every question I asked him about polishing peeping and ceramic coating a vehicle. Gave me different options in which ceramic coating to use and i decided on the Feynlab three year coating. Again best chcoice and Dan did a superb job highly recommended. Dan even asked if I wish to watch what he does I can watch and see how he does the process.. I stayed for couple of hours this man does not mess around. MDX looks awesome. Thx Dan.

Extremely Happy with my visits to OK Tire. They were able to fix an ongoing issue that another shop couldn’t. Amazing, Trustworthy Service. Christian gave me the part that was “fixed” by the other shop. Now my car is running better than it was before. Thank you Christian!

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. Once again experience & professional staff yield real dividends. We had our winter tires installed yesterday and prior to doing so we enquired about the life expectancy of winter tires since we have been using the same winter tires for 5 years .Based on the miles driven and the manner in which the tires are stored during the summer (Xtreme Tire)we were assured that all was in order. I had a remote starter installed here in 2020 in my truck.
My battery died and the remote would not work any longer.
Took the truck in (without appointment) and Scott had working in just a few minutes (without charge!)
Old fashioned customer service? ...I like it!
This is about the 4th or 5th starter I have had Autosonics do and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

My daughter attends university in Guelph. She was experiencing problems with her truck so I called Howie at Autosparks. He asked if my daughter could drop the truck off to which she did. About an hour later Howie called me here in Toronto and explained what the problem was and quoted me a very reasonable rate to fix the problems. He actually over delivered by going out of his way to do a full vehicle inspection and give me the report! His honesty and knowledge keeps us as his customer. His service was timely and the price very reasonable.

My favourite shop to visit. these guys know their cars. never upsell me work i dont need. they give me a nice inspection with my oil change and advise me what needs attention soon and what can wait. very informative
