The gentleman repaired my flat tire and then said it was no charge.

We have taken our family and business vehicles to Action for a number of years and the service is top drawer. Tony and the team make you feel like you are important. They always give us an honest assessment of our needs and offer a choice of options to suit our budget. They sell quality products that they stand behind and often take care of a flat or checking our tires at no charge. I went to Kaltire today regarding a shakiness with my tires. I thought I just needed a torquing. Good thing the Service Manager Trevor checked thoroughly and discovered that the previous tire place (not Kaltire) hadn’t done a good job to the point my tires could have come off. He balanced and brushed off all the debris and tightened them for no charge. What fantastic service!! Every time I go to this location, I always great treated so well. Feel very grateful!

My experience at fix auto was great. I was involved in a rear-end accident. I was able to have it assessed right away and booked in for repairs shortly after. Danny communicated very well, walked through everything. Courtesy car was provided and workmanship and paint appears high quality. I would highly recommend this company and location.

Saturday, Easter Weekend, covid19, Flat tire! Ughh. BCAA swapped in the spare, we took the flat to Kal Tire. Left it with Justin, they patched it, new valve. When we went back they swapped out the spare.
No charge! Have a good weekend Justin said.
This place used to be a Firestone location. What a RIPOFF and Shitshow that place was...so we were nervous, but desperate.
