They always give us an honest assessment of our needs and offer a choice of options to suit our budget. They sell quality products that they stand behind and often take care of a flat or checking our tires at no charge. I went to Kaltire today regarding a shakiness with my tires. I thought I just needed a torquing. Good thing the Service Manager Trevor checked thoroughly and discovered that the previous tire place (not Kaltire) hadn’t done a good job to the point my tires could have come off. He balanced and brushed off all the debris and tightened them for no charge. What fantastic service!! Every time I go to this location, I always great treated so well. Feel very grateful!

My experience at fix auto was great. I was involved in a rear-end accident. I was able to have it assessed right away and booked in for repairs shortly after. Danny communicated very well, walked through everything. Courtesy car was provided and workmanship and paint appears high quality. I would highly recommend this company and location.

Saturday, Easter Weekend, covid19, Flat tire! Ughh. BCAA swapped in the spare, we took the flat to Kal Tire. Left it with Justin, they patched it, new valve. When we went back they swapped out the spare.
No charge! Have a good weekend Justin said.
This place used to be a Firestone location. What a RIPOFF and Shitshow that place was...so we were nervous, but desperate.

Someone broke into my vehicle and smashed my passenger window so I took it to Splashes and they were absolutely wonderful! They were able to fix my window same day and they even cleaned it for me. Would highly recommend going here.

I had a great experience at Paradise Tire. The owner is a very friendly, honest, and kind person who truly cares about his customers. His work is excellent and done with great attention to detail.
One of the workers there is also very friendly, respectful, and careful with his work. I really liked his work style—he doesn’t miss anything when working on the car and makes sure everything is done properly. he takes his job seriously.

I bought my tires from Jim 2 or 3 years ago. No complaint. I recommend my friends to him. One of my friends is going over today to get tires from Jim. We need more independent business owners like Jim in our area. They help keep the cost of living down to a reasonable level.

I cant thank George and Chris enough, over thanksgiving long weekend they took my after hours call and made the time to have me in when they were closed to insure myself and my family were safe to travel home to the lower mainland.
