Hands down the best training facility I've ever been a part of!!! I joined REV MMA on a 3 month membership to get me back in shape for another season of touch football and ended up walking away from a 20 year love for a sport because of a new addiction to BJJ and MT!!! The coaches are top shelf... I can't say enuf about them and the calibre of people that join this club is a reflection of that! When all you can think about is how soon you can get to the gym you know you've found the right place!!!

A truly dedicated technician who is committed to his clients’ progress and development, Emile offers a wealth of knowledge whether for general physical preparedness, boxing or sport specific strength and conditioning goals. Also just a great place to push yourself beyond what you knew you were capable of.
The gym is intimate, functional and clean for groups. Highly recommend.

Fraser is a really nice guy who knows his stuff. I am much stronger than I was before starting with him. We have been working out together for over ten years and his encouragement (and jokes) make getting fit a pleasure. I highly recommend him.

Urban Playground Fitness is my favourite! The trainers provide a hard-working, supportive and glute-kicking class every time. I've never sweat so much in my life! But you definitely walk out feeling like a million bucks!

All the teachers at Yoga Tree are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have gained a thorough knowledge of anatomy as well as the philosophy of yoga through the classes I have taken at the studio. I especially enjoy Jason's class, which has given me a new sense of freedom in breathing and movement in every aspect of my life, and has given me an extra dose of in-depth knowledge on how our minds and bodies work.
It's great how they are open minded about the various traditions of yoga and offer Hot Yoga, Hatha, Ashtanga, Restorative, Iyengar and Kripalu. This was great when I first started yoga and didn't know what style of yoga I would like.

Signed up last week and superb awesome class. I am not a dancer and was able to dance the entire hour and break a nice sweat. Felt my arms and legs for a day or two. Try it is a fun workout.
