Open Arms Preschool has felt like home for the past 2 and a half years. My daughter started going there when she was 18 months old and she's been cared for by loving and patient teachers. The facility is clean and organized, and did such a good job maintaining the safety protocol during COVID. The webcam and apps were great communication tools to receive updates and see what the kids are up to. I am so grateful to have found such a warm and caring environment for my daughter!

We were very happy with Tim and Sondra. They were efficient, profesional and very accomadating as I added in some extra work. The kitchen looks great and color brightens up the room. I highly recommend them and they will be coming back in the Spring to do some work outside.

I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. Bob provided updates and Lisa called later in the day to check up on everything. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend Bob and his crew!

I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. I contacted DeMark for a furnace quote and from the very beginning their sales representative was extremely helpful and straightforward. From calling them initially on Friday morning, they managed to book our installation the very next day on Saturday morning.
