I cannot say enough good things about true north mechanical. their customer service is second to none. They answer their phone, show up when they say they will and troubleshoot to resolve any outstanding issues. I'm totally impressed. I will definately recommend them

The lady(owner) not sure if her name, is absolutely the most helpful kindest person! I was in to buy boxes, as they are a Uhaul outlet, and didn't have exactly what I needed so she went out of her way to find me a box for free in her storage that would work! The younger man also is great, so pleasant to deal with. Great customer service!
