Where do I begin?! Sem’s Duct cleaning is fantastic! I was shocked to see how respectful and professional the team was! My last experience with duct cleaning was terrible but now I know who to relay on! Their equipment is powerful and they took the time to thoroughly clean every vent throughout the house. I saw Chad for multiple visits for what ended up being diagnosed as a right hip labral tear. He helped me with strengthening, pain reduction, and range of motion, so much so that I was able to resume exercises that I couldn't attempt in months. Open Arms Preschool has felt like home for the past 2 and a half years. My daughter started going there when she was 18 months old and she's been cared for by loving and patient teachers. The facility is clean and organized, and did such a good job maintaining the safety protocol during COVID. The webcam and apps were great communication tools to receive updates and see what the kids are up to. I am so grateful to have found such a warm and caring environment for my daughter!

I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. Bob provided updates and Lisa called later in the day to check up on everything. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend Bob and his crew!
