This was my first visit to 4 Your Health. The aesthetician there greeted me with a friendly and relaxing smile. I was having my chest and back sugared and was a little worried to say the least. Kristy made me feel comfortable about it all. Yes, it did hurt, not saying that, but it took no time at all and the end result was amazing. I never felt so clean. Thanks Kristy, and yes I will be a return client.

How do you even begin to acknowledge someone who has taken as much care as Dr. Huq and his team?? I went in to discuss my options for a tummy tuck. Dr. Huq is a master of his work and it shows. The results of my surgery have exceeded my expectations to say the very least. Dr. Huq, Vicki and the rest of the staff, THANK YOU!! The best foot care service ever. Had plantar fasciitis pain for years and had gone to many clinics in St Catharines till a colleague suggested Gaitmaxx Cliniic. From the receptionist to the foot specialists all I experienced was excellent service . I got orthopedic shoes and custom foot orthotics fitted . Within two weeks , the pain in my heel had gone. The only clinic that still values it's patients. I would recommend anybody experiencing foot pain to try this clinic. Keep up the good service!!
