They know you by name when you walk thru the door and treat you like family . Service has been exceptional from warranty work to good advice , Quality has been excellent and trouble free. Our family uses our Splendor hot tub almost daily . Be confident when you buy here . They have been in business over 40 years and I understand why ! Keep up the good work !

I was totally stressed out over a debit card issue that arose after I had bought an item online. Rachel to the rescue! She calmed me down and helped me through the solution step by step, easy-peasy! So relieved! And if that isn't enough, they enclose a free chocolate bar with your delivery! Does Staples do that? Why no, no they do not! Love these guys! And I won't forget their kindness when I was in need.
