I was so sorry in leaving Ladysmith as the staff were so great and helpful for me. I am deaf and they let me contact by email and the delivery guy made sure I got my meds when I couldn't hear them come to the door. Entire staff are super nice and friendly. Going to miss them so much

the best pharmacy I have dealt with in the Greater Victoria area, pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and informative, they get to know their clients and their diagnosis and offer support to clients and their families when needed, I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone
