I am very pleased with the professional approach at the Kent St. Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy. Staff are pleasant and attentive and go out of their way to fill prescriptions promptly and accurately.
What's more, there is no extraneous charge if you have a provincial drug card and seniors save $2.00 on each of their prescriptions. And delivery is free.

I come here regularly since 2017 and I have to say the service I have received is tremendous. I get great follow-up, staff and pharmacy manager are helpful with every issue and I have gotten to know them on a first-name basis.

Sam is a kind, attentive and highly professional pharmacologist. His approach is respectful and he brings level of comfort even with the most personal issues. He goes over and beyond the call of duty for his customers and is always eager to find the best and safest health plan. We are so happy to have made the choice to switch pharmacies our only regret is that we didn't find Sam sooner!

i have been going there for awhile the staff go beyond and they are so helpful and friendly they care about you today i could not go and pick up my meds so one of the staff after his shift came to drop it off to me i appreciated that so much i could recommend people to go there any time i am very satisfied with there services and all i will like to thank the staff you are all doing an excellent job

Went by this afternoon to pick up a last minute Xmas gift at the Bank and Laurier location - a hand cream that was apparently sold out. I asked the employee at the Beauty products counter if she could help. She saw that it wasnt on the shelf and then spent the next 15 minutes tracking it down at other locations. This wasnt her store problem, but she delivered with exceptional professionalism.
