Purchased a wireless charger back in January. It quit working about 3 weeks after I bought it. Spoke to the store manager, and because Otterbox is closed for replacements she brought one in from another Telus store. I have dealt with this store in the past and they are awesome to deal with. Will continue going here for all my Telus needs.

Just amazing!My business doesn't close until 6 pm so Piotr stayed very late to get our new phones set up.he was dealing with older,perhaps technologically challenged people so it took some effort on his part.He was very patient and helpful although his dinner was probably getting cold at home.I have always dealt with the Phone Store in the past and with the excellent service that Piotr provided I will do so in the future
