I have had excellent service and advice from Old McDonald's. A family business can provide advice on appliance brands based on real world experience. For example, which brands have little or not service support in the province of Ontario. They also offer extended warranties which are transferable to new owners! Delivery and set up of a new fridge was exemplary.

THEY WERE SO CHEERFUL,RESPECTIVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A DELIVERY WE HAVE EVER HAD!! THEY HANDLED IT WITH CARE & UNPACKAGING IT & NOTICED A BLACK MARK ON THE SIDE WHICH WAS FROM THE MANUFACTURE, SO THEY TOOK A PICTURE.THE CARBOARD WASNT DAMAGED AS WE ALL CHECKED.SO HOPEFULLY SOON LEONS WILL DECIDE ON HOW THEY WILL FIX THIS MARK!GUYS DID A GREAT JOB, WELL DONE
