This is a fantastic business that has been around for a while. They specialize in high quality work on diesel motors. They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I have enjoyed doing business here for many years. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and highly skilled mechanics. I was in a pinch, and needed my vehicle back on the road quickly. The guys at Pro-North took my appointment on short notice, and got me back on the road in no time.
They keep a spotless shop and waiting area. All staff that I met were friendly and professional. You will not feel intimidated at all.
The cost of my repair was less than half of what I expected. The only way I can thank them is to keep giving them my business.

I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!

phoned CTC on Sunday, said they couldn't look at it till Wednesday. They had no record my appointment. After a hour and a half wait they said they couldn't fix it. Call muffler man they said bring it right in. Soon as I arrived they took it right in in a few minutes they gave me a very reasonable quote and could have it fixed in 45 minutes. Thanks
