From estimate to completion, Phoenix HVAC was professional every step of the way. As my parents are older, it is always appreciated to know that you are working with a reputable company. Chris showed up on time and gave us his honest opinion as to what my parents needed. He was very polite, and honest. On installation day, the crew was on time, always very polite and very clean. My old furnace quit working, so I called Realistic heating. Joe showed up next morning, troubleshot it and installed new furnace before Thanksgiving weekend. Joe is professional and friendly, price was very good, highly recommend his service.

This is a good company. They delivered prompt service, professional workmanship and positive attitude.
We had no heat for 2 days, 22nd and 23rd of December this year. I called a different company but they did not come as they said. I had BC Care Heating phone number from my neighbor with a nod. They came, brought back the heat, fixed the venting - main cause of our problem and gave my daughter a hi-five. Our family appreciated their service. They are our Christmas saver. Thank you very much
