was having trouble with my hot water tank. got nicks to look at it .they were able to fix the tank I had with a few new parts, saving me hundreds of dollars. great service ticketed service techs, reasonable price. will use again.

Had them come and replace the blower fan in my furnace. For a chain these guys are pretty good. Showed up on time, the technician was very knowledgeable. Their markup on parts is quite high but I was very happy with the service otherwise.

Being a male, I waited till 32c before calling around for A/C. 4 big heating and a/c companies in Edmonton raised their pricing cause I was in a bind. Finding Comfortable Home Systems saved me. Talked to Barb and the next day a service tech Manny was out. It was like Manny was working on his own home, did the work with pride! Price was great and didn't try to up sell me like the others.

I can agree they were very well mannered and on time and right with what he said was wrong with my furnace but I think the pricing is a bit steep for what we were charged to have the furnace repaired

Not sure what the other reviewer is referring to I had a great experience with them and they were nice and very helpful. You shouldn't judge a company by one person that probably doesn't work there anymore.

Called Pro-West Refrigeration Ltd when my furnace wasn't working properly. It kept blowing cold air and wouldn't shut off. They came within a few hours of my call and had my furnace running properly in less then an hour. Very happy with the service
