I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.

Cole inspected a house today with lead paint & asbestos. He checked the walls, flooring, attic & small addition. All my fears, stress and worries left after he gave us his expert opinion. He is a great guy and I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. I/we are forever grateful to him for meeting with us. If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would! The customer service, professionalism, and quality of the mechanics are amazing. I got a full service as well as an engine light checked and everything was done in a timely order, and professional manner. My vehicle was kept in excellent condition during and after the servicing. Shane called to tell me what had been done and that my vehicle was ready to go, he was informative and very kind! I can not recommend this place more and I couldn’t be happier.
