I personally haven’t met anyone in this world on the first day with such a positive spirt as Christine and Peter at Heart lake Access Storage. They make sure to always deliver excellent customer service while being friendly and available in every situation you can think of as a customer. Competitive prices. Safe location. Gate always locks. Cameras. Solar on the roof for a green footprint. Dan is good to work with. If there is anything to say that needs adjustment is the lot needs releveling (potholes) due to settling gravel. The beach area does that. Im sure they will get that done after the winter

Few years ago I bought a laptop with the help of Best Buy Express in Collingwood. THe staff was knowleagable, not pushing for purchae. Today I visited the store with some software issue of the laptop. I have good knowledge about microsoft PCs but was not able to resolve the issue, which was "the build in microphone was not working. Tha laptop had no warrantee but the young man resolved the problem free of charge and within a few minutes.

My computer was hacked this week and at the suggestion of a friend I turned to Derek of Bennett Consulting for help. He cleared appointments and set to work. There was a lot of damage and cleanup to do but he got the job done and at a reasonable price. Now I am comfortable using my computer and thank him so much for doing such a great job for me.

Kevin came to our place in Burlington and would not leave till he found the issue with the elliptical we have. He was sure it did not need a part and/or a return visit, costing us more money. He found the issue and repaired it on the spot. The machine is running great now and we thank him and his diligence. Will call on him again for sure.
