I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend joining organization. It is the best in the city and affordable.

Dealing with Brendon, the appraiser made the whole experience simple and stress free. The repair was done on time and an excellent job. The day I picked up my vehicle, Brendon took me for a tour of the complete body shop stages. ( very clean and organized ) 100% RATING. Incredible. My Chevy was in and out quite fast, and the damages were fixed with the utmost care. All the scratches were covered so well, and dents taken care of. Highly suggest.
