Always have great service here. It feels personal, not boxed. Anything that was not in stock, Wade, the owner, would order in for me. All the staff are polite and helpful without being pushy and I always feel comfortable. If you like a hardware store with that old school charm, and people who know their stuff, then this is the one.

Super easy and efficient experience with bath tune up! Very knowledgeable staff and hard workers. Loved that they asked to do some work on the weekend to finish the project faster. Home hardware on Russell street are the best ! They are friendly, extremely helpful and they take their time for anything you are looking for..they have some really different stuff .. love going there, I always find something to buy ... I live at the opposite end of the city but it is worth the extra time it takes me to get there !!!
