Vehicle broke down in Barrie on a Friday morning when I arrived from out of town. My parents and spouse had used Marshall's in the past and were satisfied with the service so I contacted their office and explained my situation. I run a small business up north therefore had to be back on Sunday. They asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away and leave it with them. They had already started pricing parts before I arrived to expedite the repair process. Within 2 hours I received a call to advise that my truck was ready for pick up. My bill was fair and reasonable for the parts and labour completed on very short notice. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I really appreciate the team at Krown. I was given a nice hello by the guys getting the cars ready. The staff inside looked after after me immediately. Excellent customer service. I went in to get a quote to have brakes installed on all wheels!. Their quote was lower than 2 other quotes from their competitors. They told me they could do the repairs the same day in 2 hours. I was in at 8am and out by 10 am!! Great service!! Friendly personal service from John, Blair and the mechanic who did the work on the brakes. I would highly recommend this Midas shop to anyone needing service on their vehicle. ?

I`ve been going to the garage now for five years after I couldn`t take the arrogant attitude from Mercedes Benz Barrie. Tom and Haley are the best people ever. They make us feel like part of the family. Their business is very busy and so they can`t always pick up the phone but they always call me back.Their rates are terrific being that you are getting one of the best import mechanics in the area.
