All their vehicles come certified and E-tested, as well most of them come with a power train warranty. We hired R&R to install our above ground pool. Though all steps of the install process they were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They have continued to be a wonderful source of knowledge now that our pool is up and running. We obtained quotes from many different places prior to making the decision to go with R&R. I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision. To be sure, any used car will have an issue or two. Such has been the case with the last three vehicles I have bought from Sim at Five-Star. Every time something went amiss, Jim took it back in fixed it quick and without charge. Like I said. Three vehicles and still a customer.
