I had to have my vehicle towed after hitting a deer and the RCMP suggested I call CRS Towing. Im glad I did because they responded quickly and the driver who arrived was very pleasant. They made the best out of the worst situation for me and I appreciate their help. Would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you CRS Towing!

After my alternator belt snapped I contacted InstaMek. An hour later Alex was at my place with necessary parts and my car was ready to go in the next hour. Amazing service great people, very highly recommended.

I called Cliffs Towing after my car broke down. Before the tow truck arrived, I found out that I could restart the car. However, I decided to wait for the tow truck in case the car broke down again. When the tow truck arrived, I explained the situation and the truck driver, Naveed, said that he would follow behind me as I drove my car to the garage. After I got to the garage, Naveed talked to his dispatcher and they decided that since they did not touch my vehicle, there would be no charge!

Called Nathan 02/04/2019 during the super cold snap and somehow he came in 2 hours; a welcome and excellent callout. Managed to get his flat deck into our rural driveway and tow in record time! Nathan, I will not hesitate to call on you again - I am so pleased. Thanks so very much - cheers, Tammy

I made the mistake of trusting Google maps, which took me down a wrong road. ADV did everything in their power to help me even when it turned into a shitty situation for them and they had to bring in a second tow truck because the road was so bad. After all that the owner (who is also the one who got up at 2 in the morning to come help too) called AMA on my behalf and got them to cover more which significantly lowered my bill. Long story short this is a Ma and Pa business that actually cares.
