It was Sunday night at 10pm and I was having no luck trying to get a tow from any ompany. Royal Towing was obviously busy by the sounds of the dispatcher but he remained patient with me. When the flatbed came it was done professinally and the staff was very kind. Thanks Toby!

A HUGE thank you for helping my son and I out of a snow bank after a minor collision in the snow storm. I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. Some might say its silly to rate a business 5-stars because of being nice, but nice matters.
