I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. Some might say its silly to rate a business 5-stars because of being nice, but nice matters.

This is an amazing company that provides great service. I was left stranded on the gardiner expressway when my uber driver got a flat tire. They came to help out the stranded drivers with flat tires and offered to drive me home after no taxi or uber could pick me up on the side of the highway!
Thank-you again for your kindness and will be calling you guys in the future if I am stranded with my own vehicle next time.

I locked my keys in at the square 1 mall - I only had to wait 15 minutes or so and I paid by debit card ( wireless machine ) with no fees -

A few days ago my car was totaled and I was alone and a little stunned by it. Neil from Affordable Towing was on the scene. He was kind,courteous, and very professional. He explained everything to me and put my mind at ease. I would say he went above and beyond- making sure I was comfortable at Royal auto collision until my husband arrived. I was in a serious car accident in Markham Ontario and had no idea what to do. Before any service the man who worked for Instant Towing asked me if I was okay. They helped me out by explaining the process of being in a motor vehicle accident and even delivered a car rental to me. I honestly would not know what to do if it wasnt for this company helping out. They were kind, efficient, and professional. I would definitely recommend Instant Towing for all vehicle collision matters. Amazing job!
