Used this clinic today for the first time. We run a senior cat rescue and have an out of town foster with a senior cat. This clinic was an absolute dream to deal with. From the receptionist Courtney to the vet (sorry I’ve forgotten her name) they were so wonderful with TJ and fit us in promptly! If anyone looking for a vet in St Catherine’s I cannot recommend them enough. To other rescues they were kind , compassionate and really just 5 star to work with. I was referred to this shop by Henry's of Oakville. I had two disposable cameras to be developed and e-mail photos to be printed up in photographic form. All of the work was done in a friendly and efficient manner. To be honest, I was astounded at the speed of the service. In the past, I normally had to wait a month for Henry's to develop disposable camera photos and Zoom-in Photo took three days! Sorry, Henry's, you've lost my business to this friendly group on Abbeywood Drive.

I would like to thank everyone at APT Medical Aesthetics. I’ve been going to them for over 15 years. They are great and professional and they have always treated me as a friend rather than a customer. From the beginning Pat took the time to explain to me procedure and what to expect. I went to the Ottawa Street store based on favourable reviews to replace a camera that quit. Staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and made sure I got a camera that was perfectly suited to my needs. All round good experience and no aggressive upsell.... just great customer service. I've been going to Dr. Sarafov for years and I'm constantly impressed. The dental hygienists are friendly and competent, and Dr. Sarafov is both caring and knowledgable! As someone who suffers from anxiety and doesn't like the dentist - the fact that their offices are serene (and they offer nitrous gas) is a life saver! I now commute from Toronto to Oakville just to keep them as my dentist.

Ive worked at Chippawa Animal Hospital since Dr. Peggy Dowell opened her doors in 1991. The one thing I can say about working here is that staff dont leave. Dr Abtan is an excellent and consummate professional. He understands your issues and treats them with a planned approach.
He has great knowledge and experience and uses a variety of techniques in treatment.
The receptionists are warm and welcoming.
The facility is clean and well maintained.
