What a pleasure to deal with. The installation crew arrived right on time. Both Brian and Johnny were polite and professional, and discussed all aspects of the installation before starting. They had good suggestions regarding the location of downspouts. Once confirmed they completed the installation quickly and efficiently. Their workmanship and cleanup was excellent. One of Express Computers goes above and beyond the normal customer service limits. He has assisted me on many occasions to resolve computer problems I have had. Very friendly staff at this location and they ALWAYS make the coffee/latte/mocha right (couple SB's i went too had the sugar sitting at the bottom, yuck). Yes wifi is the weakpoint. B+
