The transition has been quite seamless from Protelec to api. I recently had a service call by api to replace two obsolete smoke detectors and at the same time the battery was changed in my control panel with a full system check. As good as ProTelec was for more than 30 years, these elements should have been changed out long ago. This work was initiated by api. The service tech was on time, very courteous and competent. Overall I was quite pleased with my first real interaction with api Alarms.

We've dealt with BVW for quite some time now. We've had their system in our home, and now we have it in our office. Brian and Vera installed the equipment themselves, and its nice to have such a personal connection with your security company. They are a very nice couple and were happy to be working with them and will continue to do so for the next long while.
