Having never been to a physio therapist before I was nervous and a bit sceptical. But within minutes of being in the office and talking with the friendly, knowledgeable receptionist Michelle, i was comfortable and relieved of my worry. The professionalism and care of Dr. Pandya, helped me reach my goals and the improvement I felt was immediate. I always feel welcome and am always treated with respect. I would recommend Eastgate Physiotherapy without question. Thank you Dr. Pandya!.

I never saw it before it was renovated; however, I have been several times since they re-opened, and I've loved it every time. The ambiance is perfect (cute cafe style), the food is great, and thank goodness for more vegan restaurants that have tasty food!! I'm very grateful for this place :)

YFT offers a diverse program of yoga styles and instruction approaches. Staff are very helpful and courteous and there are ample opportunities to try different methods. Internationally renowned yoga instructors provide yoga workshops and there are also programs offered that will appeal to every age and ability. Although the facilities are not trendy like some other studios, staff do their best to keep things looking good.
We are very fortunate to have a studio like YFT in our community.

I took my kids here for their first eye appointments (ages 1 & 4), and the entire staff was amazing with them! Can't recommend them highly enough for the whole family

I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. The office is clean and well maintained and following above and beyond the COVID protocol. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company at all! In fact I have several times. Thanks. Linda
