I was greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable staff, even though I didnt really know what I needed they were able to guide me through the whole process, from fist call to wrap up, these guys were professional and prompt. Dr. Ashim Goswami came to the rescue when I had a dental emergency on the long weekend. He took the time out of his day off to help with my dental emergency. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the upcoming plan and that all my questions and concerns were answered. Over twenty years ago I purchased a NAD receiver from this store and when I moved recently I was unable to connect my turntable properly. NO PROBLEM. Bryan kindly assisted me with this over the telephone and was willing to look at the connections in-store at no cost if necessary. Now I have great sounding music again.

I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. The office is clean and well maintained and following above and beyond the COVID protocol. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company at all! In fact I have several times. Thanks. Linda
