Once again got to enjoy an amazing experience here. The ladies are fantastic and super clean taking the proper procedures for Covid. I came right before the last shit down and told them it was so good id be bringing people to them for business. We both had a fantastic time and appreciate it As working in health care it’s so nice to be taking of top notch. Will be back once shine . Thank you ladies. It was so appreciated. My husband and I visit here nearly every day to ship packages for our business - everyone is always so lovely to talk to and helpful! They’ve come to recognize us and we are always greeted with a smile! The building is clean, has all the pharmacy needs filled and even has a great selection of grocery store items! I always enjoy the seasonal displays - they do a really good job!

I have worked in a consulting capacity in the office of Rentex for about 9 months now or so. I believe some of these reviews may be previous tenants that may have been evicted for a number of different reasons (drug use, non payment of rent, etc), or are just plain haters. I do also believe tho, some negative reviews may be legitimate tenants that have had issues that took time to fix. Needless to say, I believe the company tries hard to please the tenants to the best of its ability. - SK

I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.

I will agree that the wait times can be pretty long, especially during weekends and peak hours. However, in my experience, I have been here a number of times, and seen a variety of doctors and have been quite pleased with all of them, (and that is quite a compliment from me). Compared to other clinics I have been to around Sherwood Park, I will keep coming back to Rexall Medicenter.
