I had Gary and his crew replace my roof last week 2015. He done so many roofs in my area Hamilton Richmond, He was highly recommended by the neighbours, as well as the references he gave me. I've been participating in group training with Mark at Core Focus for over a year and have lost 45 pounds so far and gained multiple positive health and fitness results. Group training is fun, positive, and the group members are supportive of each other. Mark is a great trainer - he challenges, makes group classes interesting and interactive - he is personable and gives one-on-one attention and assessments to each participant. I am a different person and I couldn't have gotten here without Mark!

Kirmac on Weswood street in Port Coquitlam is so far the best me and my husband experienced in years. We feel very fortunate that we found them! Their managerJohn is so helpfull, communicative, very knolagable and organized. It's so nice to deal with him when you are already stressed out from the accident situation. The staff is very plaesent and nice to deal with. The repair is done on time and to satisfaction. I would recommend them to anybody.
