This business and the staff are top notch. I've gone in prematurely a couple times now to get an oil change, and they have sent me home, refusing to take my money until it was absolutely necessary. When I have been there for service, they're friendly, thorough and knowledgeable.. Thanks to manager Ron for today's service, and careful explanation about some additional care for my Bronco. These guys operate with honesty and integrity, and I'll be back every time I'm in need of service!

Just in time for the holidays. We would give Harry more than 5 stars if possible. We are thrilled with how clean and fresh the carpets turned out both in our office, as well as our home. We also had the upholstery cleaned - it all looks as new! He was professional, punctual and did the work with personality plus. We have a rental home as well so once the tenants are out, we will definitely call on Harry to do a top to bottom of the place. Best rates in town, thanks so much Harry!

I started taking my car here some months ago. So happy I did. Dave the proprietor knows how to make customers happy and coming back. Fair pricing, accurate estimates and prompt service allows me to label this garage the best in town. They wash and vacuum your vehicle after service. I always feel well looked after when I bring in my car for service.

We recently had our deck refinished and our railings replaced with glass railings, and we are very pleased with the results. The job was done in a timely manner, the workmanship was terrific, and the staff were very communicative and easy to work with. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and our timeline. We highly recommend this company , and would use them again.

Trust worthy shop. Fair pricing. They would check what's wrong and fix only the necessary. They won't even charge you for little things. One time I brought my car in because the engine light turned on. Nhat had it turned off with and when I asked for bill he said it is free. I have them fixed/replaced may rotors and calipers and paid less than what I would have paid elsewhere. Give them a try...

Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.

I’ve been going to Saanich Rentals for over 25 years and the service has always been excellent. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. They always go the extra mile. When parts were no longer available for my old chainsaw, they figured out how to fix it. I recently bought a new chainsaw and the service is outstanding.
