As a customer of Rogers, my wife sought assistance from a Customer Rep Mr. Balraj, who truly went out of his way to assist her with a problem regarding her phone. If you want your vw fixed, then call this company. Otto knew what the problem was after spending more than $2000 at other places and gettting things done that were not the problem, I called Otto at Raybern motors, he got the car in and fixed it for hundreds of dollars less than anyone else quoted me. I was treated with respect and professionalism and was not given a peice of garbage work. He did the job thoroughly and did not send the car home until he felt it was fixed 100%. He was the first person I dealt with that knew what he was talking about. Not even VW itself could fix it properly, even after spending more than $2000 with them. I would trust him with my car anytime! thanks Otto, you are simply the best man for the job. I am happy that he did not simply look at my car for the money but for the passion of being a mechanic and doing a great job!

I find that they are very easy to work with, as others have said: nice guys. I have had 3 wheel alignments done on 3 different vehicles. The work is fast and reasonably priced. Will be going back even though it is on the other side of the city from me. As for the one bad review where the ABS sensor was broken - it happens all the time during brake/hub repair no matter how careful you are - I know, I have done it and unfortunately ABS sensors are expensive.

Wonderful photographer. I was a little nervous about getting some good photos since my baby never seem to be still for 2 minutes. Ruby knows some tricks to help baby relax and we got some great images. She has a great selection of baskets and props. I'd recommend for anyone looking for a great experience.

i called the 24/7 customer service because my heater was not working and the whole unit is freezing they send a guy in my unit and that guy look like a chinise he said he fix the furnace but when i woke up in the morning the whole unit was freezing again that guy didnt fix the furnace properly i called again to request maintenance and they send a guy name Rico and thanks to him he was able to fix our furnace properly . thanks Rico
