We recently had our deck refinished and our railings replaced with glass railings, and we are very pleased with the results. The job was done in a timely manner, the workmanship was terrific, and the staff were very communicative and easy to work with. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and our timeline. Trust worthy shop. Fair pricing. They would check what's wrong and fix only the necessary. They won't even charge you for little things. One time I brought my car in because the engine light turned on. Nhat had it turned off with and when I asked for bill he said it is free. I have them fixed/replaced may rotors and calipers and paid less than what I would have paid elsewhere. Give them a try...

We are repeat customers. Outlooks owner does such beautiful work that you are going to want to just keep coming back until every room feels like it belongs in a magazine. Custom items we have had made are drapery, valances, bedding, cushions, upholstered storage bench made and re-styled dining room chairs and drapery from our previous home. Could not recommend more highly.

Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.

I’ve been going to Saanich Rentals for over 25 years and the service has always been excellent. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. They always go the extra mile. When parts were no longer available for my old chainsaw, they figured out how to fix it. I recently bought a new chainsaw and the service is outstanding. Got a call from them stating that my warranty was about to expire and as a service they provide, they would send my hearing aids to the manufacturer to get a full service! I got them back in about 10 days and Allison retested me and ensured they were set up correctly for my current hearing ability. Excellent service! Highly recommended!
