Brent did an absolutely amazing job when he was out to pump our tanks out. Brent gave me an education on our septic that will help keep our septic in tip top form for years to come. Brent takes time to go over everything with you and make sure you are happy with the job. At the end of the service he even took the time to wash our hose off that he used while pumping. This is our second time using Brent and we will keep on using him for years to come. Excellent service.

We think they are awesome! We spent 9 months in a cottage and had to get pumped out 3 times. They were always fast, and alway wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend!

Thanks to Steve the tech and Tracy in the office at Jones Pumping for sorting out our septic tank issues! Who knew we have a filter down there!! Great service all round!!

Brian and Terry gave us outstanding service, we don't know what we would have done without them! Just before the ice storm our septic was plugged. They came to the rescue within an hour and a half and pumped our septic tank. It was still plugged internally but Terry spent two full days through ice, sleet and rain to determine the root cause. The second day, the roads
were extremely unsafe but with his perseverance and determination he arrived to finish the job.
We highly recommend Brian and Terry! Awesome work ethic, dedicated and harworking Godsends! They deserve GOLD stars! "
