I went to Etobicoke Service Centre to replace my Beam electric hose which was 34 years old, and the carpet sweeper. I was also concerned if the unit, which was 15 years old, was working properly. Bill was very helpful and I ended up purchasing a new Beam central vac with all the accessories for a very reasonable price.
Bill came to do the installation. He took the time to explain how the new Rug Master worked, and gave tips to making it last longer. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic company, we have dealt with them many times over the years and have never been disappointed. When our condo association changed companies last year we were surprised. We had a no heat situation the other night when we came home and called the assigned contractor after many attempts we could not even leave a message.
