All the staff at Sherwood Family Dental are great. I drive all the way in from Mill Bay just to see them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. They were able to fit me in between appointments with Dr. Perry. I was so impressed with the service from Pat, Cathy and Dr. Perry that I wanted to share my experience.

Fantastic treatment from ALL the staff. I came home from the dentist ecstatic to tell your friends about the great treatment that I had there.
Dr. Mulholland made my root canal procedure so comfortable, that I almost can hardly wait until I need a cavity tended to by him again. Well, a slight exaggeration I admit, but honestly, I don't dread requiring dental work again, and that is really saying something for this nervous patient. This is the best dentist I have had in my 60 years of life!

Ingredients Health Food Store has this amazing array of healthy food. Twenty different types of Rice, 15 different types of beans. Thousands of Food items all organic all the stuff is good for you. No transfat items and a huge array of gluten free food.
They also have a cafe thats excellent. I had this vegetarian organic Eggs Benny. with carmelized onions, steamed organic Kale on a gluten free muffin with a blend of pan fried yukon gold potatoes and yams (with sea salt and organic salsa on the side) really really good...
i didnt have a coffee but i beleive they sell drumroaster blend.
